A man authorities say had been fleeing police prior to hitting a motorcycle and killing its rider, now faces two felonies stemming from a deadly wreck that occurred on Tuesday.
33-year-old Keith Lamar was arraigned in Muskegon District Court Wednesday on one charge of reckless driving causing death and one charge of first-degree fleeing police. Each is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
The motorcyclist, identified as a 40-year-old Nathan P. Thorsen of Muskegon, died at the scene.
