12 alleged child sex abusers arrested as part of a national sting operation

The U.S Department of Justice has announced more than 200 suspected child sex offenders have been arrested as part of a five-day sting operation. 12 of these offenders are from Michigan.

'Operation Restore Justice' was an operation supported by the FBI and resulted in 215 arrests and "the rescue of 115 children".

Attorney General Pam Bondi thanked the FBI and their partners' work in their efforts help protect victims, especially child victims.
