A public hearing is being held on Monday night in East Grand Rapids for residents to comment on a development plan to reinvent Gaslight Village.
The plan is a revision of a plan originally pitched by developer Jade Pig in 2004.
Construction on phase one was completed however phase two was never started.
The plan would add three mixed-use residential and commercial buildings behind the current Gaslight Village streetscape.
Two rows of townhomes and a residential building would also be constructed.
