The Kent County Sheriff's Office says four people were injured after a car crashed into the Cascade Township Meijer Thursday morning.
The crash happened around 9:30 a.m.
Officials say a 29-year-old man suffered a medical episode causing the incident.
The Subaru Legacy made it all the way into the building but crews were able to remove it by Thursday afternoon.
