Construction crews are approaching the end of the project at Division Avenue and Fulton Street in downtown Grand Rapids.
Crews are aiming to have the work completed in the next two weeks.
The intersection was closed in July as part of a $5 million reconstruction project to improve lighting, replace a water main and city power duct bank and improve various other utilities.
The city says they aim to open the intersection during the week of November 11.
