Man accused of deadly Muskegon shooting has turned himself in

The man who allegedly shot and killed another man at a party in Muskegon last month has turned himself in to now face a murder charge.

38-year-old Deangelo Bolden-Sims was arraigned Thursday on charges related to the death of 48-year-old Carlos Pigee. The shooting took place on the night of Aug. 31 in the area of Beidler Street and W. Forest Avenue. According to police, Bolden-Sims and Piggee had a prior dispute, which came to a head when both individuals wound up at the same party.
