Progressive Companies is proposing to build three high-rise towers with ground-floor retail and restaurant space at the former Charley's Crab site in downtown Grand Rapids. The development would cover more than six acres of property that was vacated in 2020 after Charley's Crab closed on Market Avenue near the S-Curve.
The new proposal would include three high-rise towers sitting above retail and restaurant space.
