American House Kentwood is closing after a fire broke out in one of its buildings last week.
Crews responded to the fire on August 15.
The fire started while a company was doing HVAC maintenance work.
American House says the exact cause and responsibility for the fire have not yet been determined.
The company said the residents will be relocated to other campuses in the area.
The company has not decided if the closure will be permanent.
