63-year-old Michael Farmer's body was found inside of his vehicle in Fleming on July 8. The incident is now being ruled as a homicide.
On July 1, Farmer was reported missing from a residence on Jarman Street in Muskegon Heights. After an extensive investigation conducted by the Muskegon Police Department, Michigan State Police and other departments, it was determined that the homicide occurred at the Jarman Street address.
36-year-old Robert Reed of Muskegon Heights and 41-year-old Leland Snyder of Muskegon have been taken into custody and charged with open murder related to the case.
