The Kent County Sheriff's Office says the man who housed a missing 17-year-old will not face charges.
Penelope Wise met met a 44-year-old man around 2 a.m. on June 1 after she was spotted on surveillance camera near Corner Bar in Rockford.
She had walked away from her family's home days before.
Someone contacted police on Sunday after spotting Wise on a bicycle near a home in Rockford.
Detectives say they learned the two are now engaged.
