Union The Rapid workers are rejecting a contract proposal from the bus company.
The Rapid says the contract offered a 13 percent raise in the first year, a new floating holiday and a weekend and evening shift premium.
The contract would have required a day's notice if employees needed to miss work instead of the current policy of only an hour notice.
The union says 98 percent of workers rejected the proposal.
