New information has been released regarding a teenage girl who went missing from Cedar Springs.
Penelope Wise was seen around midnight on Saturday July 1st captured on camera walking alone by the Corner Bar in Rockford. The bar is located near N Main Street and Courtland Street. She had not been seen since June 1st.
