No charges will be filed in connection to the death of a spectator at Silver Lake Sand Dunes last month.
Oceana Prosecutor Joseph Bizon says there is no evidence to support the idea that the crash was anything other than accidental.
Kadie L. Price was watching drag races on May 26 when a Jeep lost control and veered toward spectators.
The Jeep hit the Price family's vehicle however Kadie was able to push her two-year-old daughter out of the way before the crash.
