LANSING (WOOD-AM) - A lawsuit against fired Michigan State University football coach Mel Tucker has been dismissed.
It was filed by Brenda Tracy, the sexual assault survivor and activist who previously spoke to Tucker's football team.
The suit aimed to stop any further release of private communications involving Tracy and Tucker.
Tucker was fired last September following allegations that he sexually harassed her.
