A project in Ada will connect two parks and create more greenspace in the downtown area.
The project will connect Legacy Park and Leonard Field to form the Ada Covered Bridge Park.
A new pedestrian bridge will be added over the Thornapple River as well as a boardwalk.
The downtown park area will also include a picnic area, dog park, bathrooms, parking spaces, pickleball courts, a playground and a splash pad.
