Deer Tracks Junction Adventure Park says a zoo employee who was knocked off a ladder while working in a giraffe enclosure has died.
Twenty-seven-year-old Tyler Powell was working on six-foot ladder on April 19 when he was knocked off and hit his head.
The zoo says Powell suffered a traumatic brain injury and died on May 4th.
Deer Tracks says it is still working hard to move forward with opening for the season at the end of the month.
