The Kollen Park Drive project is receiving $12 million in low-income housing tax credits.
The project is a partnership between Community Action House, Hope Church, the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians and Dwelling Place.
The project will now be 90 percent funded.
Phase one of construction will create 32 one-bedroom and six two-bedroom apartments with construction scheduled to begin early next year.
