Family members are confirming the identity of the man that was killed after he was hit by an unmarked police cruiser during a chase on Wednesday.
Family says 25-year-old Samuel Sterling died at the hospital.
Michigan State Police says Sterling was wanted for multiple outstanding felony warrants.
Sterling's family has asked the NAACP to investigate his death.
