No injuries were reported on Wednesday afternoon after a small plane made an emergency landing at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport.
A Cessna 210 took off around 4 p.m. with only the pilot on board.
The pilot reported power to the aircraft was lost and requested a return immediately.
The pilot was able to land safely on the grass.
The emergency landing was classified as an Alert Level 1, which is the lowest level.
