A man who was just released from jail for robbing a bank, is back in police custody after he was accused of robbing the same bank.
John Leon Tipton was in court Monday morning, facing charges of robbery for an incident on March 22.
He pleaded no contest earlier this year to robbing a Fifth Third Bank location in Wyoming in August 2022.
He was sentenced to 573 days in jail but was given credit for time served and was released the same day.
Police say he entered the same location on March 22 and demanded money from a teller while claiming he had a gun.
