A man is facing charges after threatening to take-over Barry Township.
Police say Christopher Charles Mickey is charged with dangerous weapon carrying with unlawful intent, threatening terrorism, fleeing and eluding police officers, carrying concealed weapons and reckless driving.
Barry Township Police were called on December 11 after Mickey allegedly made death threats against multiple people and threatened a "hostile take-over" of the township.
Police determined Mickey had the means to carry out the threats.
