A Muskegon man is facing charges in connection to the shooting death of another man last year.
Amir Sincere Petty is charged with open murder, carrying a concealed weapon, and being a felon with a firearm.
The charges are from the December 29 incident when 24-year-old James Burse of Muskegon was found dead in a vehicle.
