GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Consumers Energy says around 32,000 of its customers remain without electricity following last Thursday's storm which spawned seven tornadoes across the state.
The utility says seventy percent of those who lost power late Thursday have had it restored.
Spokesman Brian Wheeler says some in Kent and Ionia counties won't have power restored until today due to the amount of damage that was done. Winds ,in some areas, topped 100 mph.
