MUSKEGON (WOOD-AM) - The Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office is charging a 22-year-old man with evidence tampering in the investigation into a six-month-old's shooting death on Friday of last week.
Treshawn Hatcher was charged yesterday. His brother, Tollie Hatcher, is charged with assault with intent to murder for allegedly shooting at police.
Julio Casiano was denied bond after being charged with murder this week.
