HARTFORD (WOOD-AM) - A city employee in Hartford is jailed for allegedly selling cocaine to undercover officers.
Justin Ryan, 45, was arrested while at work with the Hartford Department of Public Works.
The Van Buren County Sheriff's Office says they investigated Ryan for two months after getting tips. Cocaine and a handgun were taken from his home.
