GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A person is dead and a second person is hospitalized in critical condition after a southeast side shooting this morning.
A heavy police presence was seen near Division Avenue and Fair Street. WOOD-TV says police call logs show a report of a shooting after midnight.
Those inside a bar at that intersection also heard gunfire in the area around the same time.
Chef Eric Winstrom was also reportedly called out to the scene at one point.
