MUSKEGON HEIGHTS (WOOD-AM) - City councilors in Muskegon Heights have voted to not renew the contract of city manager Troy Bell.
The vote came late last night after council met in closed session. Earlier in the meeting, some members of council said they were worried about the number of open positions in the city.
Bell's contract ends at the end of the month.
