WHITEHALL (WOOD-AM) - Police in Whitehall say a man they considered to be armed-and-dangerous was taken into custody on Sunday.
The arrest was made after 5:30 p.m.
Earlier in the day, the department said he "may have escaped" a home on Johannah Street.
