GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Sentencing is scheduled for today for a 47-year-old Delaware trucker who federal prosecutors say was also at the center of the plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer.
Barry Croft and co-defendant Adam Fox were convicted during a federal retrial over the summer. Yesterday, Fox was sentenced to 16 years in federal prison.
