GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Sentencing is scheduled for today for the man who federal prosecutors say was the ringleader in the plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer.
Adam Fox could get up to life in prison under a terrorism enhancement.
Fox and Barry Croft were convicted in an August retrial. Two other co-defendants were acquitted in the spring.
