LEE TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - A 38-year-old is now facing a list of charges, including first-degree murder, after prosecutors say he fatally shot a 21-year-old man and shot his ex-wife in the head in Allegan County's Lee Township last week.
James Rowson was arraigned yesterday.
The woman remains in the hospital.
