Casey Dutmer is totally blind and says shopping has gotten harder over the years as stores have gotten bigger.
The mobile app Aira( Artificial Intelligent Remote Assistant) connects users with a remote agent.
The representative then helps the individual through the store as they shop.
Meijer partnered with the developer in 2020 to make the app accessible to shoppers for free.
