KENTWOOD, Mich. - A 16-year-old has been charged for allegedly stealing a family's car with a toddler inside, before leaving the child alone on the side of the road.
The incident happened on Oct. 4, with a Kelloggsville bus driver finding the child later that day. The unnamed suspect quickly thanks to help from witnesses.
