CEDAR SPRINGS, Mich. - Kent County Sheriff's deputies have said they found a man that went missing in Cedar Springs.
Police say 19-year-old Terry Sims was last seen Sunday night near Northland Drive on East Muskegon Street after he left his adult care home.
Sims is described as a Black man who stands at around 5’2″. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue-checkered pajama pants and black shoes. Authorities say he is non-verbal, and has a mentality of a young child.
