Kent County prosecutor Chris Becker will not file charges against anyone involved in a fight at a Burger King in Wyoming.
Becker says he will not file charges against David Zambrana because there was blame on both sides of the fight.
The incident happened around noon on Sunday at the restaurant on 28th Street near Michael Avenue.
Zambrana ordered a drink in the drive-thru but was unhappy when liquid was on the side of the cup.
Surveillance footage shows an employee wiping down the cup and handing it back to Zambrana, however he knocked it onto the ground.
He then entered the restaurant, jumped over the counter and grabbed a different cup.
The video appears to show an employee throwing a drink at him.
