LANSING, Mich. - On Friday, the Board of State Canvassers will meet to certify two questions for the Nov. 8 ballot to the Secretary of State.
They will certify the Reproductive Freedom for All and Promote the Vote proposals, after the state supreme court ordered them to do so after a 5-2 decision on Thursday.
