GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The upcoming Confluence Festival has announced collaborations with colleges around West Michigan, including Ferris State University, Western Michigan University and Michigan State University.
The event takes place Friday, Sept. 23 and Saturday, Sept. 24 in Grand Rapids, right in the middle of this year's ArtPrize.
