GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A Kent County Correctional Facility inmate is suing 43-year-old social worker Theresa Lyn Simmons, who has been charged with sexually assaulting him.
In the federal lawsuit, the inmate alleges Simmons, who was contracted by the jail to counsel inmates with mental health issues, called him her "personal sex slave".
