Crews are breaking ground on a new outpatient center in downtown Grand Rapids.
The center is part of a $151 million project by BHSH System, formerly Spectrum Health.
The 12-story building will be located where the Cook Institute used to be on the Medical Mile.
BHSH System says the center will provide primary care, specialty clinics and a heart and lung transplant center.
The center is set to open in late 2024.
