The Ales for Tails fundraiser is returning to Holland on Thursday night.
The event will be held at the Shops at Westshore near Holland from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and will include local music and beer from New Holland Brewing, Bell's Brewing and Grand Armory Brewing.
Allison Deters, director of finance and administration for Harbor Humane Society, says local shelters need the community more than ever.
Deters says they are seeing record numbers of intakes with adoptions down.
