WYOMING (WOOD-AM) - A man who was charged with the shooting death of his 2-year-old daughter has been deemed not competent to stand trial.
Seninta Parks, 26, will be sent to a mental health treatment center before another competency hearing in about three months.
Khalise Brewer was shot at Parks' home in Wyoming back in February.
