GR pools and splash pads to open in June

The Grand Rapids city pools and splash pads will be opening on June 10.

Grand Rapids Recreation Supervisor John Ludnich says the opening of the 14 splash pads and three pools, signifies the start of summer.

Splash pads are free to use.

Admission to pools costs $1 for Grand Rapids kids 17 and under, $3 for residents over 17 and $5 for nonresidents over 17.
