BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - A single-car crash Monday night in Battle Creek left one teenager dead, another critically injured.
The Battle Creek Police Department says the crash was on Collier Avenue, where investigators believe the car hit a boulder and rolled before hitting a tree.
The driver, who has been identified as 18-year-old Ryan Millirans, died at the scene while an 18-year-old passenger was taken to Bronson Methodist Hospital.
The police department said investigators believe speed was a factor in the crash.
