GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) -WOOD-TV says Democrat Carol Glanville is the projected winner in the race to fill the vacant 74th Michigan House District seat.
Glanville, if the results are confirmed by county election officials, would defeat Republican Robert Regan and a qualified write-in candidate.
Also yesterday, voters in Wyoming voted down an income tax proposal. Voters in Kalamazoo voted in favor of a record $197.1 million bond proposal for public schools.
