MillerKnoll president/CEO resigns from board before retirement date

ZEELAND, Mich. -- MillerKnoll says its president and chief executive officer, Andi Owen, has resigned from the corporate board and has begun a leave of absence until her retirement takes effect on June 30.

Jeff Stutz, the company's Chief Operating Officer, will serve as the chief executive officer during Owen's leave of absence and will become the interim Chief Executive Officer on June 30. The MillerKnoll board says it will conduct a comprehensive search process to find the company's next C-E-O. A leading executive search firm will help with that process.

MillerKnoll is a small-cap value company that serves the industrial and consumer sectors.

It released a statement from the company's chairman of the board.

"Jeff is an accomplished executive and tenured Company veteran who has served in multiple senior leadership positions at MillerKnoll and brings extensive knowledge and insights from his more than 25 years in the industry," said John R. Hoke III. "The Board appreciates Jeff stepping into the CEO role on an interim basis, and we are confident that MillerKnoll is well positioned to continue driving long-term value for customers and shareholders under his leadership."
