ALLEGAN, Mich. -- A judge has denied bond for a 44-year-old woman who was arraigned Monday afternoon in a fatal shooting last week in Cheshire Township.
The Allegan County Sheriff's Office says Jennifer Dana Moore was charged with open murder for the April 22nd shooting of her boyfriend, Joseph Wayne Worley.
It happened at a home on East Baseline Road near 36th Street, just north of the Van Buren County line. Police say the 52-year-old Worley was fatally shot in the back of his head, and the person who alerted them was Moore.
