GRANDVILLE, Mich. -- Phase Two of the renovation at Celebration Cinema's movie theater in the Rivertown Crossings Mall in Grandville began just after the holidays and should be completed by the end of March.

The mall is located at 3728 Rivertown Parkway.
So said Emily Loeks in a telephone interview with WOOD Radio. She is the director of Public Relations & Community Relations for Studio C, which operates Celebration Cinema theaters.
The first part of the two-phase renovation included the addition of recliner seating and the introduction of a "C Premium" theater, with Dolby Atmos sound.
"What we're working on now (in Phase 2)," Loeks said, "is a complete lobby renovation and the introduction of an Oscar's restaurant and bar, which will serve full-seater movie goers, as well as guests to the mall."
Studio C said in a news release the theatre will remain operational throughout the lobby renovations and construction of the new restaurant.
"It's really going to be an incredible experience all the way through the entry and into the movie," Loeks said.
