GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Health officials have confirmed another two measles cases in Kent County.

Administrative Health Officer Adam London says they're working to determine if there are exposure sites.

"We're sharing this update to be transparent and to clarify our approach moving forward," London said.

The statewide total is now at 20.

Only Montcalm, Kent and Grand Traverse counties have seen as many as four cases.
