ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office has released surveillance images from a trio of business burglaries in Allendale Township on March 27.
The Peppino's Pizzeria on Lake Michigan Drive was broken into around 1 o'clock that morning. Detectives later discovered that the same suspect had forced his way into a nearby Jet's Pizza and a Dairy Queen, all on Lake Michigan Drive.
In each case, the burglar pried open the cash registers. Police say he was alone during all of the break-ins. A Wyoming Police K-9 was brought in to track the suspect, but he had already left the area.
