KENTWOOD (WOOD-AM) - The 32-year-old suspect charged with manslaughter and unlawful imprisonment following a woman's death at a Kentwood storage facility will fight the charges.
Prosecutors say Morgan Wingeier had locked a woman in a unit with a padlock from the outside.
A fire started 10 hours later.
The remains of Corinne Abosamra were found at Broadmoor Self-Storage.
She was living there because she was homeless.
The suspect and the victim reportedly had a prior relationship.
